For persons without health insurance we have self-pay programs that will enable you to get the quality physical therapy care you need. Please call for more information.

Payment Options

If you have insurance coverage from most major carriers, including Blue Cross, Medicare, auto insurance, or worker’s compensation, Ascent Physical Therapy Specialists can work directly with your carrier and your referring doctor. Your insurance copays will be discussed with you and be due at the time of service.
If you have no insurance, options include cash payment, credit cards and payment plans.
